Job summary

The Highfield Company is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead piling and infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee delivery from mobilisation through handover and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant construction experience, a civil engineering background, and proven UAE project delivery. You will drive programme, cost control and safety on technically challenging jobs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' construction experience in infrastructure/civils/piling.
• Civil/structural background relevant to piling or foundations.
• Experience on major UAE projects is essential.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Manage projects from mobilisation and planning through to completion and handover.
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Manage project programmes, resources, costs and commercial performance.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, quality, health & safety and programme performance.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues throughout project delivery.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist contractor in Dubai.

The successful candidate will have a strong background across infrastructure, civils and/or piling, with proven experience delivering major projects within the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for the successful delivery of technically challenging projects within a specialist foundation and infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project programmes and site operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, resources and project stakeholders.
• Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering qualification preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
