Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate seeks an accomplished senior project management leader to define and drive the overall project strategy across large-scale multi-disciplinary programs in the UAE. You will act as the executive escalation point for risks, manage budgets, and drive cost optimization while coordinating with procurement, contracts, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with PMP certification.
• 15-20+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors, and complex project lifecycles end-to-end.
• Advanced proficiency in project tools (Primavera preferred) and reporting platforms including Power BI and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement, contracts, and commercial teams for seamless execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational objectives through coordination with sector heads.
• Champion standardized project management processes and adherence to safety and engineering standards.
• Oversee project performance reporting and data analysis for executive decisions.
• Establish clear team structures, roles, and accountability frameworks.
• Delegate responsibilities while maintaining strategic oversight and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance delivery and competitiveness.

About You

• 15-20+ years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects (developer experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in project and program delivery, strategic planning, and execution
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors, and complex project lifecycles end-to-end
• Advanced proficiency in project tools (Primavera preferred) and reporting platforms including Power BI and MS Office
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong focus on governance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
