Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY seeks a Project Controls Manager Specialist for offshore oil and gas projects based in the UAE. The role supports the Projects Manager to deliver on time and within budget, leading a controls team, coordinating schedules, costs and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 18 years in offshore planning, Gulf experience, and familiarity with Primavera and financial management.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
• Clean-shaven policy applicable
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to complete the project on time and within approved budget
• Design and set-up the most suitable and effective control organization on the project
• Provide Project Controls support to proposals, projects, planning, scheduling, monitoring and control through schedules, progress measurement and reporting systems
• Lead project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects; guide Planning Engineer in preparing the Project Plan and resources
