Job summary

Hire Rightt in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Controls Manager to support planning, scheduling, cost estimation, monitoring, reporting, and cost control across projects in the region.

You will analyze performance, manage scope changes, review drawings, and prepare management reports, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate project execution. Strong Excel and controls-tool proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction/PM.
• 20 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling or cost control in construction/engineering.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, estimation, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with scope changes and variation orders.
• Proficiency with project planning tools and cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, monitor, and report project schedules, costs, and progress.
• Assist with cost estimation, cost analysis, forecasting, and controls.
• Review drawings, scope definitions, and other project documentation for completeness.
• Analyze schedule and cost data to identify variances and risks.
• Prepare and present project schedule and cost reports for management meetings.
• Identify deviations from scope and assess impact on cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate project information and reporting.
• Support proposals and assessments through planning, estimating, and control activities.
