Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Planning / Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling and project controls for major multidisciplinary design and engineering projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will establish robust baselines, monitor performance, manage risks and provide forecasts to support decision-making across design, engineering and commercial teams.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related discipline and at least 10 years of UAE/GCC experience in planning and controls,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant planning/project controls experience.
• UAE/GCC experience in major consultancy or client-side PM environment.
• Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Excel with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of project baseline programme.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and management information.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
