Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Project Controls Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead cost management, planning, scheduling, and EPCM controls for major projects. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, set baselines, ensure data quality, and deliver monthly progress and forecasting reports.

This role requires extensive EPCM experience and strong leadership. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role involves coordinating with the Project Delivery Group to ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project execution.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in engineering or related discipline.
• Five years in a managerial role and at least ten years in a project environment with estimating, cost control, planning and quantity surveying.
• Experience in high-value, multi-discipline EPCM projects from inception to close-out.
• Knowledge of estimating, cost control, scheduling and quantity surveying concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Project Controls: cost management, planning, scheduling, EPCM control, project accounting, trends, change management, progress measurement and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the Project Controls team to ensure capability and resource availability.
• Establish baselines, governance, and verification of reporting formats and data quality.
• Analyze EPCM performance and produce detailed forecasts of remaining work.
