Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Control Manager to lead schedules, cost control, and earned value for large oil & gas projects on site in the UAE.

Ideal candidates will have 20+ years in project controls, with Primavera P6/MS Project expertise and PMP/SP or AACE certifications being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in Project Controls within Oil & Gas.
• PMI-PMP, PMI-SP or AACE certifications are advantageous.
• ADNOC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Track costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Analyze schedule delays and cost variances.
• Manage progress measurement and earned value reporting.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
• Support management with KPI dashboards and executive reports.
• Ensure compliance with client and company project control procedures.
