Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced cost control professional to lead cost estimation, budgeting and forecasting for complex EPC projects in the UAE. The role includes safeguarding project value, supervising cost analyses, and coordinating with Owner and EPC teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical, FEED/EPC and PMC experience, with offshore exposure and familiarity with multi-currency cash flows and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• At least 3 years in a similar position on international major projects.
• FEED & EPC experience required; PMC roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Review, monitor and control Project costs and progress; provide assessments to senior management.
• Verify EPC Contractor payment requests with supporting documents against milestones.
• Prepare cost reports, budgets, cash flow and forecast projections for Owner and EPC teams.
• Provide input on Change Orders, risk reviews, value engineering and project close-out.
• Monitor multi-currency cash flow and coordinate audits and financial reviews.
