You will own the change management approach and ensure adoption, reporting to C-suite with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.

What you ll do

Translate strategic objectives into a clear programme roadmap workstreams milestones dependencies and measurable outcomesLead delivery across multiple workstreams spanning organisational design roles and responsibilities process redesign and governanceEstablish and run programme governance steering committees reporting RAID management and executive decision-making forumsOwn the change management approach stakeholder engagement communications adoption planning and managing resistance to changeAct as the primary programme-level interface with C-suite and executive leadership
