Job summary

Yallo Talent in Dubai is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to structure and drive delivery across a broad transformation programme, working closely with senior leadership.

The role requires leading cross-functional change initiatives, establishing robust governance, and owning the change management approach. You will liaise with C-suite and executives as the primary programme lead.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes involving organisational change.
• Senior stakeholder management experience, including direct work with C-suite/executive leadership.
• Hands-on change management expertise.
• Comfortable operating as a senior, individually accountable programme lead.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into a clear programme roadmap: workstreams, milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams spanning organisational design, roles and responsibilities, process redesign and governance.
• Establish and run programme governance: steering committees, reporting, RAID management and executive decision-making forums.
• Own the change management approach: stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning and managing resistance to change.
• Act as the primary programme-level interface with C-suite and executive leadership.
