You will translate strategy into a roadmap, lead multi-workstream delivery, establish governance, and drive change management with senior leadership, acting as the primary interface with the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Experience setting up governance structures from scratch.
• Senior stakeholder management with C-suite exposure.
• Hands-on change management and adoption delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into a clear programme roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Lead delivery across multiple workstreams including organisational design and governance.
• Establish and run programme governance: steering committees and executive reporting.
• Own the change management approach: stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption planning.
• Act as the primary programme-level interface with the C-suite and senior leadership.
