Job summary

Raytheon Emirates seeks an experienced Associate Program Management Director to lead capture, planning and execution of projects reporting to REL's Managing Director. The role collaborates with REL leaders and Raytheon teams to optimize delivery, develop budgets, schedules and customer reporting, and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Abu Dhabi, frequent international travel is anticipated. The position demands a Bachelor's with 12+ years of experience (or advanced degree with 10+ years),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and 12+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 10+ years' experience.
• Experience leading complex program teams possibly with external organizations.
• Experience with Earned Value, Gate Reviews, EACs and PMRs.
• Experience in proposal strategy for RFPs and client objectives.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, and tracking cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support management, oversight and execution of project activities to meet head contract, subcontract, customer and internal requirements on time and budget.
• Ensure risk management, production, quality assurance, budget, and schedule controls are in place.
• Guide program controls and apply project management procedures and tools.
• Develop and maintain IMS with team leaders and stakeholders; report progress and corrective actions.
• Document and maintain program plans and schedules, flag issues early for action; deliver milestones.
• Manage Risk and Opportunity processes including review boards and mitigation plans.
• Perform as Cost Account Manager for cost and schedule, EV management and variance analysis.
• Define and maintain customer reporting for offset credits, coordinating evidence and credit claims.
• Support capture, bid and proposal efforts; lead specified business development activities.
