Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• Minimum 12–14 years of relevant experience with program management, defense, or related domains.
• Experience producing industry‑standard cost proposals including RFP analysis and Basis of Estimate development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across PMO, CETs, CBTs and subcontractors.
• Drive Earned Value, risk & opportunity management, and AV/EV reporting.
• Develop and review cost proposals and ensure timely submission under deadlines.
• Coordinate with US Government and in‑country customers to sustain program execution.
