Job summary

Remotedxb seeks an experienced CCPM care management nurse manager to oversee day-to-day operations of CCPM teams in a remote-capable UAE setting. You will ensure high-quality longitudinal care and oversee performance via dashboards.

Responsibilities include coaching new team members, auditing calls and documentation, and developing strategies to improve patient outcomes while maintaining HIPAA-compliant workflows and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• BSN required and active nursing license in good standing.
• 3+ years of longitudinal clinical nursing care management experience.
• 2+ years in a clinical nursing managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in longitudinal care management.
• Strong business acumen of value-based healthcare operations.
• Understanding of Business Continuity and resiliency.
• Ability to develop talent and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong leadership presence and hands-on execution.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
