Job summary

SBS seeks an AI Product Owner in Dubai to own the DE AI use-case backlog end-to-end—from validated concept to production release. You will serve as the single accountable interface between the DE product squads, the SBS AI Platform team and DE Engineering, guiding discovery, prioritization and delivery.

This role requires 5+ years in product ownership or engineering, hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG and guardrails, plus banking domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product ownership or product engineering.
• Hands-on with LLMs and RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks and guardrail design.
• Banking/financial services domain knowledge preferred.
• Strong backlog discipline and ability to write specs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product ownership / product engineering, ideally 1–2 on AI or ML-powered products.
• Hands-on with LLMs, experience with RAG, agentic patterns, evaluation frameworks and guardrail design.
• Banking / financial services domain knowledge (DB, OB, payments, KYC/AML preferred).
• Strong backlog discipline and written specs; comfortable with probabilistic systems and trade-offs.
