Job summary
IMPETUS EXECUTIVE in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Manager for Merchant Acquiring & Payments. You will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for merchant acquiring and payment acceptance, turning market needs and merchant pain points into innovative, scalable solutions across POS, SoftPOS, e‑commerce, gateways and payment links.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management within fintech/payments, deep knowledge of the merchant acquiring ecosystem, strong API/ integrations discipline and
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in payments/FinTech.
- Deep knowledge of the merchant acquiring ecosystem and payment lifecycle.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for merchant acquiring and payment products.
- Identify opportunities by analyzing merchants, markets and trends.
- Design and launch solutions across POS, SoftPOS, e-commerce, gateways, and links.
- Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Sales.
- Analyze and optimize payment journeys (onboarding, authorization, settlement, etc.).
- Work with banks, PSPs, gateways and card schemes on integrations.
- Monitor KPIs like transaction volume, approval rates, revenue and activation.
- Stay ahead of Visa/Mastercard and regulatory developments.
