Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces. You will lead end-to-end onboarding programs, balancing conversion, speed, risk, and regulatory obligations.

Within six months, you will own onboarding-and-growth charter and take on trading product work alongside the onboarding charter, partnering with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing and Trading.

Qualifications

Experience owning consumer onboarding and growth initiatives.
Experience shipping onboarding in regulated consumer fintechs.
Ability to extend onboarding across products and markets.
Comfort discussing trading-product implications with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end and set the roadmap for account opening, identity verification, KYC requirements and platform capabilities.
Turn onboarding into a growth engine by owning activation, referral, and time-to-first-value, and partner with Marketing on acquisition mechanics.
Instrument and improve the funnel by identifying drop-off points, sizing opportunities, and shipping interventions.
Extend onboarding capabilities built for the Main App to other platforms and future products without fragmentation.
Own a meaningful trading slice by taking on trading-product work alongside Trading and connecting onboarding to first trade.
Lead across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing and Trading to align priorities and re-plan when regulations or delivery constraints change.
