Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with onboarding/activation or growth-focused UX work.
• Strong product sense for user experience, ability to spot friction and design for trust and excitement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own Kraken Pro onboarding globally, end to end from landing to first trade.
• Continuously assess the funnel and drive UX improvements.
• Understand the Pro customer and what drives trading activity in first days.
• Identify friction points and high-leverage opportunities from onboarding data.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements.
• Leverage AI to surface friction and tailor onboarding paths per client.
