Job summary

Remotedxb seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-volume portfolio of HR initiatives in Dubai. You will define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, while coordinating across HR, IT, Finance, Legal and stakeholders.

You will manage Workday-related HR projects, mitigate risks, and provide portfolio reporting to HR leadership. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive PM experience, with PM methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of formal PM methodologies, tools, and practices.
• Ability to pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects across multiple functional areas.
• Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Manage HR workstreams associated with system enhancements and implementations, including Workday.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making discussions.
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and action items.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting to HR leadership.
