Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, service delivery, or support.
• Direct experience with payroll and/or tax operations.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or Fintech organization.
• Proven ability to operate in high-complexity, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using structured data to identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve complex partner escalations regarding payroll, tax, compliance, and money movement.
• Monitor partner Slack channels and respond with urgency and ownership.
• Deliver high-touch service to a concentrated portfolio of large partners.
• Analyze escalation trends to uncover root causes and recommend product or process improvements.
• Surface key themes, metrics, and risks to leadership to reduce partner friction.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Engineering to streamline workflows.
• Maintain internal and partner-facing documentation to ensure alignment with evolving regulations.
