Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and shape the mobile experience for iOS and Android, blending strategy with hands-on delivery to support both B2B and B2C users. You will lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, applying AI-augmented methods, evolving the design system, and partnering with product and engineering to drive adoption, retention, and growth across the platform.

This fully remote role requires 7+ years of SaaS design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing complex digital products (ideally SaaS).
• Shipped native mobile (iOS and Android) experiences.
• Expert mobile UX/UI craft, IA, interaction design, accessibility.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Collaborates with product and engineering to influence direction.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android from discovery through native UI delivery.
• Run AI-augmented design thinking to accelerate research, prototyping, and validation.
• Turn user and business insights into on-the-go experiences that boost adoption and retention.
• Evolve the mobile design system and raise quality, accessibility, and craft across apps.
• Shape the mobile product strategy, defining a roadmap of high-impact design bets.
