Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead all procurement activities for luxury real estate development projects. You will oversee strategic sourcing, tendering, negotiations, supplier performance, and procurement governance across development and construction initiatives.

You will collaborate with Development, Construction, Design, Finance, and Legal teams to define procurement requirements, appoint suppliers, and ensure timely project delivery, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Construction Management).
• Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS is preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement experience in real estate development, construction, hospitality, or luxury property projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and requirements.
• Manage end-to-end procurement for consultants, contractors, subcontractors, materials, FF&E, and services.
• Lead tendering processes: RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Development, Construction, Design, Finance, and Legal teams on procurement needs.
• Identify and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct market benchmarking and cost analysis to identify savings while maintaining quality.
• Monitor supplier performance against terms, delivery, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, approvals, contracts, and regulations.
• Maintain procurement reporting on tender status, commitments, cost savings, and risks.
