The candidate will handle RFQs/BOQs, evaluate bids, and coordinate with project teams to align procurement with schedules and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience working with main contractors.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and market conditions.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare and review RFQs, BOQs, and technical/commercial comparisons
• Ensure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedules
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and commercial teams
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
