Job summary

Abu Dhabi Airports Company is seeking a Senior Officer Procurement to manage the full procure-to-pay cycle for transactional and tactical sourcing. You will coordinate RFQs, purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and payments, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, market research, and robust negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electronic tendering systems and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle including RFQ, PO, expediting, delivery coordination and payments.
• Review requisitions and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing information.
• Issue RFQs, solicit supplier proposals, conduct evaluations and negotiate terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain auditable procurement records and ensure policy compliance.
