Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a Sr Specialist – P2P & Contract Management to join Corporate Services in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, enforce controls, and ensure data integrity for POs in a fast-paced environment that supports the airline and aviation operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in business/finance/accounting, 6 months to 3 years in procurement, and a working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), Tejari, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 6 months – 3 years in Procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Tejari and advanced Excel.
• Professional procurement qualification e.g. CIPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply management controls, risks, and compliance across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.
• Ensure purchasing data integrity and Purchase Order compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.
• Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle, and design and test procurement controls in line with established guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws and Dubai Airports policies.
