Job summary

Abu Dhabi Airports Group seeks a Senior Officer – Procurement to lead end-to-end P2P processes for transactional and tactical sourcing in Abu Dhabi. You will handle RFQs, PO management, supplier evaluations, and ensure compliance with corporate policies while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The role requires strong negotiation, market knowledge, and integrity, with at least five years of procurement experience in a client environment and familiarity with ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience with electronic tendering systems and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day transactional procurement activities and RFQ processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather scope, criteria, and evaluation details.
• Conduct market research and prepare tender strategies and bidder lists.
• Issue RFQs, solicit proposals, and manage supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate terms and recommend PO awards.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain auditable procurement records.
• Coordinate with Legal and auditors for procurement documentation.
