Job summary

Dubai Airports is seeking a senior specialist to ensure source-to-pay and contracting processes remain compliant and well-controlled. The role focuses on implementing robust procurement controls, monitoring spending data, and maintaining policy adherence.

The successful candidate will oversee risk assessments, audit findings, and contract negotiations in line with UAE and Dubai Government regulations and company policy.

Qualifications

• A degree in business administration, finance, accounting or similar.
• Up to three years in procurement, with knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Tejari and advanced Excel.
• A professional procurement qualification such as CIPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply-management controls, risks and compliance across the source-to-pay process.
• Check purchasing data and purchase-order compliance through regular sampling.
• Run and test the controls and risk assessment cycle and follow up audit findings.
• Make sure contract negotiations follow UAE and Dubai Government rules and company policy.
