Dubai Airports is seeking a Senior Specialist for P2P & Contract Management within Corporate Services to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay controls and compliance. You will oversee data integrity, PO compliance, and the CARM cycle, working with Risk & Assurance to implement corrective actions and ensure procurement aligns with UAE laws and Dubai Airports policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years procurement experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Proficiency in Tejari and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Supply Management controls, risks, and compliance across end-to-end Source-to-Pay.
• Ensure purchasing data integrity and PO compliance through sampling and accuracy monitoring.
• Design, test procurement controls and manage the CARM cycle.
• Coordinate with Risk & Assurance to implement initiatives and review audit findings.
• Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE laws and Dubai Airports policies.
