Abu Dhabi Airports Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Officer – Procurement to lead the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle for transactional and tactical needs, including RFQs, purchase orders, expediting, and payment coordination, in line with governance policies.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective procurement of goods, services, and works.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in electronic tendering systems and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform end-to-end transactional procurement activities including reviewing requisitions and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Issue RFQs, solicit supplier proposals and manage tender processes.
• Prepare purchase orders, obtain approvals and ensure supplier acceptance.
• Coordinate delivery of goods, works and services and support payment processing.
• Maintain auditable procurement files and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Monitor procurement performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs) and support audits.
