Qualifications

• Strong procurement experience in water/sewage infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing full procurement process including technical evaluation and supplier negotiations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of mechanical equipment, piping, valves and materials for water/sewage projects.
• Review drawings, specs, and BOQs to ensure material compliance with requirements.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers for competitive pricing and quality.
• Oversee RFQs, purchase orders, delivery schedules and coordination with project teams.
• Coordinate with municipalities and authorities for technical approvals and delivery.
