Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks a Vice President of Supply Chain to own end-to-end procurement and contracting, aligning with financial goals and Emiratization plans. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on strategy and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires UAE nationals and 12+ years in supply chain, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, plus proven procurement expertise in large, complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Emirati national (only).
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in contracts & procurement within large organisations (utilities, energy or engineering sector preferred).
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and P&L oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage risk and deliver innovative supply-chain solutions.

Responsibilities

You will partner closely with Finance and senior leadership to align supply chain strategy with financial objectives, Emiratization goals and long-term sustainability plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)

12 + years of progressive supply chain experience, including 5 + years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record in contracts & procurement within a large, complex organisation (utilities, energy or engineering sector preferred)

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and P&L oversight

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage risk and deliver innovative supply-chain solutions
