Job summary

Aeternex Capital & Trading FZE in Dubai seeks a Process Standards Engineer to translate day-to-day work into standardized SOPs and workflows. You will map end-to-end processes, define roles, inputs and outputs, and build the Dubai operating model interfacing with global teams.

You will drive structured improvement projects, pilot changes, and ensure adoption of the new standards across the organization, turning concepts into daily practice.

Qualifications

• Translate day-to-day work into SOPs, checklists and clear handover rules.
• Design Odoo workflows with responsibilities and approval paths.
• Build and implement the Dubai operating model interfacing with teams in Germany and production partners in China.

Responsibilities

• Map processes end to end, from the first trigger to the completed handover.
• Identify roles, inputs, outputs, systems, dependencies, approval points and exceptions.
• Implement structured improvement projects, run pilots and turn the final process into a working routine.
• Remove ambiguity by clarifying responsibilities, steps, handovers and exceptions.
• Drive adoption by supporting colleagues and ensuring the standard is used daily.
