Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of EPC process design experience in storage tanks, pipelines, NGL, and refinery modifications.
• Strong knowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, ADNOC AGES, and IEC standards.
• Expertise in HAZOP, LOPA, and process safety management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, heat/mass balance, and process data sheets.
• Run process simulations and hydraulic calculations with Aspen HYSYS or similar.
• Prepare and review process specs, control philosophies, and safety studies (HAZOP/LOPA/SIL).
• Design storage tanks, pipelines, separators, pumps, compressors, and flare systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, instrumentation and electrical teams.
• Review vendor documents for project compliance.
• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
