The ideal candidate has 10–12 years UAE experience, a degree in business or public administration, fluent in English and Arabic, and strong documentation and reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Public Administration or related field.
• 10–12 years UAE experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Manage all UAE employment, residency, visit visas, Emirates ID applications and labour permits.
• Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure timely processing and renewal of licenses, registrations and immigration records.
• Monitor changes in UAE labour laws and regulations and advise management.
• Maintain accurate records of visas, passports, labour cards and deadlines.
