Driven Properties in Dubai is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking PRO to manage government-related transactions and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. You will handle visas, permits, and official filings, liaising with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other authorities.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong knowledge of UAE government procedures.
Good understanding of UAE labour laws, immigration, and visa processes.

Responsibilities

Process employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications.
Handle trade licence renewals, establishment cards, and other government transactions.
Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET, and relevant government authorities.
Prepare and submit official documents in Arabic and English.
Track application statuses, expiry dates, and renewal deadlines.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure timely completion of transactions.
Strong communication with UAE government authorities.
