Job summary

Chemist Warehouse UAE is seeking an experienced PRO to manage visas, labour approvals and employee documentation across the UAE. You will coordinate entry permits, Emirates IDs, visa stamping and labour contracts to ensure timely starts for new hires.

You will handle quota applications, MOHRE processes and establish cross‑emirate paperwork while maintaining accurate records and providing weekly HR updates. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PRO experience across the emirates with MOHRE knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP and Emirates ID processes.
• Experience handling visas for a high volume of employees.
• Experience managing multiple establishments across the emirates.
• Nice to have: DHA/DOH/MOH/SHA licence submissions.
• Solid understanding of quotas, establishment cards, WPS and Emiratisation.

Responsibilities

• Process new employee visas from start to finish: entry permits, status change, medical test, Emirates ID and visa stamping.
• Apply for and track labour quotas, work permits and labour contracts with MOHRE.
• Renew and cancel visas, Emirates IDs and labour cards on time.
• Manage establishment cards, trade licences and MOL lists across the emirates.
• Follow up with new joiners on the process and collect documents.
• Maintain an application tracker with status and ETA.
• Provide HR weekly updates on pending, completed and delayed applications.
• Flag upcoming expiries 90 days in advance.
• Collaborate with HR on pharmacist licence needs and store openings.
• Adhere to UAE labour and immigration rules and keep records.
