Chemist Warehouse UAE is hiring a PRO to manage visas, labour and government paperwork for our growing teams across the UAE.
About the role
We are opening new stores and hiring fast. We need a reliable PRO who can keep visas, labour approvals and employee documents moving so new joiners can start work without delays.
What you will do
- Process new employee visas from start to finish: entry permits, status change, medical test, Emirates ID and visa stamping.
- Apply for and track labour quotas, work permits and labour contracts with MOHRE.
- Renew and cancel visas, Emirates IDs and labour cards on time.
- Manage establishment cards, trade licences and MOL lists across the emirates where we operate.
- Follow up directly with new joiners on the process and collect their documents.
- Keep a tracker of every application, with status and expected completion date.
- Send HR a weekly update on pending, completed and delayed applications.
- Flag upcoming expiries (visas, IDs, licences) at least 90 days in advance.
- Work closely with HR on new joiners, pharmacist licence needs and store opening timelines.
- Follow UAE labour and immigration rules, and keep accurate records.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of PRO experience across the emirates (not limited to one emirate), with strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA/ICP and Emirates ID processes.
- Experience handling visas for a high volume of employees.
- Experience managing multiple establishments across the emirates.
- Highly preferred: experience dealing with the health authorities across the emirates (DHA, DOH, MOH, SHA), including but not limited to submitting new licence requests for facilities and professionals.
- Good understanding of quotas, establishment cards, WPS and Emiratisation requirements.
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills; able to manage many applications at once.
- Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel and email; experience with an HR system is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Ability to travel between emirates when needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, healthcare or pharmacy.
- Experience working with several trade licences or branches.
- Previous experience with an HR system such as Bayzet.
