Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A master's degree in Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in private equity valuation, investment valuation, transaction advisory, financial modelling, corporate finance, or alternative asset management.
• Demonstrated experience valuing privately held companies, private equity investments, or other illiquid financial instruments.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and relevant asset-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead the valuation of private equity investments using multiple methodologies.
• Build, review, and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate portfolio companies.
• Analyze financial statements, management accounts, and investment documentation.
• Evaluate key valuation assumptions including revenue growth, EBITDA margins, discount rates, and market multiples.
• Prepare detailed valuation memoranda and management presentations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and valuation service providers during reviews.
