Prestige African Art is seeking a Senior Collateral Valuation Specialist to assess, review, and monitor collateral values for financing arrangements in a fully remote UAE-based position. You will apply valuation methodologies, analyze market data and third‑party reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Finance, Risk, Legal, and external providers to support risk controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in collateral valuation, asset valuation, credit risk, or financial risk management preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards is expected.
• Proficiency in Excel and valuation/collateral management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of collateral assets across real estate, equipment, securities and other eligible assets.
• Apply appropriate valuation methodologies based on asset type and market conditions.
• Analyze market data, comparable transactions, and asset documentation.
• Review third-party valuation reports for accuracy and methodologies.
• Assess collateral adequacy against financing exposure and risk thresholds.
• Maintain valuation records, supporting calculations and audit trails.
• Prepare valuation reports and management summaries for exposure and risk.
