CS & Clarks in Dubai is seeking an Analyst to join our private equity team. You will conduct investment analysis, due diligence, market research, and support portfolio monitoring with strong modeling and communication skills.

The role involves deal execution, preparation of investment memoranda, and ensuring compliance while collaborating with portfolio companies and external partners to drive value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or related financial services role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis and Due Diligence: conduct market research and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis and Due Diligence:

• Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis toevaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Perform detailed due diligence on prospective investmenttargets, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of portfoliocompanies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance value creationand ensure alignment with investment objectives.

Deal Execution:

• Assist in structuring and negotiating terms for newinvestments and exits.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for theinvestment committee.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Prepare quarterly and annual reports on portfolioperformance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internalpolicies.

Market Research:

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapesto inform investment strategies.
• Generate insights and forecasts based on quantitative andqualitative research.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with management teams of portfolio companies,external consultants, and investment partners.
• Participate in meetings and calls with stakeholders todiscuss investment performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; aMaster’s degree or CFA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investmentbanking, consulting, or a related financial services role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, includingadvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-orientedenvironment.
