Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in large, complex valuation engagements related to business valuation for transactions, mergers, and accounting purposes.
• Valuations designation CBV/ASA or equivalent is required or asset.
• Graduate diploma such as MBA/MSc finance or professional designations (CPA/CA/CFA) are assets.
• Availability to work longer hours for urgent client service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for complex valuation issues.
• Oversee large-scale valuation assignments with budgets and deadlines.
• Ensure quality of reports and deliverables per firm standards.
• Lead end-to-end engagements in business valuation, transaction valuations, and purchase price allocation.
• Advise clients on complex valuation matters and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
• Prepare proposals and collaborate with other service lines; present to clients.
• Supervise teams and ensure client satisfaction with engagement outcomes.
