Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative discipline, or advanced degree or certs.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in investment or wealth management.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in large-scale, regulated environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deliverables aligned with objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into outcomes.
- Identify efficiencies and drive improvements in quality.
- Maintain standards for documentation, compliance, governance.
- Monitor KPIs and resolve risks or bottlenecks.
- Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment with reporting and updates.
- Mentor junior team members and foster learning.
