Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Managing client accounts and relationships.

• Awareness of KYC/AML compliance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage CitiGold and CitiGold Private Client relationships and accounts.
• Review client needs and asset allocation, and engage proactively.
• Promote CitiGold products and fee-based services to meet client needs.
• Ensure risk profiling and financial planning for all relationships.
• Coordinate client events to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Acquire new clients through referrals while maintaining compliance.
