Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Wealth Planning AVP on-site for a full-time role. The position focuses on delivering high-quality investment advice to Citigold Private Client clients, leading market update events, and supporting Senior Relationship Managers with portfolio construction guidance and investment propositions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or quantitative discipline.
8+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Experience in large-scale, enterprise, or regulated environments.
Fluency in English, and preferably knowledge of Arabic.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic execution and delivery aligned with objectives.
Partner with stakeholders across business, risk, and operations to translate requirements into measurable outcomes.
Identify operational efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance across artifacts.
Monitor KPIs and resolve risks, bottlenecks, or impediments.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and learning.
