Job summary

Citi UAE is seeking an Investment Counsellor who will deliver high-quality investment advice to Citigold Private Client clients and support Senior Relationship Managers in portfolio construction and market insights.

The role emphasizes holistic portfolio delivery, collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and adherence to Citi's investment strategy to grow AUM and revenue while maintaining strict governance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in finance/economics or quantitative discipline, or advanced degree/certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP).
• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in investment advisory or related fields.
• Skills: strong analytical, communication, and numeracy; English fluent, Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investment advisory deliverables aligned with Citi UAE objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, and operations to translate requirements into outcomes.
• Identify operational efficiencies and drive quality and throughput improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risks, bottlenecks, and governance across projects.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster learning and accountability.
