Job summary

Rycruit & Co. is seeking a Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager to transition a portable USD 100 million AUM into an independent, entrepreneurially oriented platform in the DIFC.

You will manage a portfolio of HNW/UHNW individuals and families, delivering holistic wealth management across investments, credit, structuring, and estate planning needs. You will deepen client relationships and generate new business via referrals, working with investment advisory, product, and structuring

Qualifications

• Portable USD 100m+ AUM book required.
• 8–12 years in private banking, wealth mgmt or relationship mgmt.
• Established GCC/MENA HNW/UHNW client networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transition a USD 100m+ AUM book to the new platform.
• Serve as primary contact for HNW/UHNW clients across investments, credit, structuring, and estate planning.
• Grow AUM through referrals and deep client relationships.
• Collaborate with investment advisory, product, and structuring teams to tailor multi-custodian solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of markets and asset classes to provide informed advice.
• Ensure DFSA/KYC/AML compliance and firm risk policies.
• Represent the firm with discretion, integrity, and long-term client stewardship.
