Job summary

Redstone Private Banking Search seeks entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Managers to extend a Dubai-based coverage for a Swiss private bank. You will manage HNW/UHNW clients across GCC, Eastern Africa and UK expatriates, delivering personalised wealth advisory solutions and driving new assets.

Role focuses on growing Net New Money, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and reporting to the Regional Market Head for the Middle East from Dubai.

Qualifications

• Transferable client portfolio is essential; target USD 150m+ in Net New Money over 3 years.
• Proven track record in asset gathering, revenue generation and long-term client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of investment products, wealth structuring and Shariah-compliant solutions.

The primary focus is on Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC markets, as well as Eastern Africa and UK-linked clients who prefer a Dubai booking centre.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across the GCC, Eastern Africa, and UK expatriate segments through tailored investment and advisory solutions
• Drive new business development and asset acquisition, targeting USD 150m+ in Net New Money over three years.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high-touch, personalised service from Dubai.
• Ensure full compliance with DIFC, United Arab Emirates Central Bank, and Swiss Group regulatory standards.
• Reports to the Regional Market Head for the Middle East.
