Job summary

PropertyDynamix in Dubai seeks a pricing analyst to set up client projects, run pricing simulations, and walk developers' sales and pricing teams through what the numbers show.

You will load unit lists, build price configurations (base PSF, view premiums, floor rise and adders), run strategy comparisons, verify results against DLD transactions, and prepare pricing summaries for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in real estate pricing, revenue analysis, sales analytics or market research in the UAE.
• Clear writing and a calm manner in client meetings.
• Strong Excel skills; you read a price list and spot what is off.

Responsibilities

• Load a client's unit list and build the price configuration: base PSF, view premiums, floor rise and adders.
• Run strategy comparisons and explain the difference in clear terms.
• Check each result against DLD recorded transactions for the same area.
• Prepare pricing summaries for client meetings and join the meetings.
• Tell the product team where the tool falls short.
