PropertyDynamix in Dubai, UAE seeks a senior pricing professional to own the pricing methodology within the platform and to be the main pricing voice with developers on how a price list should be built, tested and defended.

You will collaborate with pricing teams, review live launches, and ensure pricing decisions are backed by market evidence and clear rules that adapt to market changes. This role reports to the CEO.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in real estate pricing, revenue management, sales strategy or market analysis in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience setting or reviewing price lists for off-plan or ready projects.
• Comfort with PSF, floor rise, absorption, payment plans and DLD/ADREC data.
• A clear view of what the register shows and what it cannot show.

Responsabilidades

• Define how unit prices are built from base PSF to final price and margin.
• Work directly with developers' sales heads and pricing teams on live launches.
• Decide which market evidence supports a recommendation and which does not.
• Review the platform's output as a client's CFO would.
• Write rules so the method stays right as the market changes.

Every developer prices differently: base PSF by bedroom type, view premiums, floor rise, balcony and parking adders. PropertyDynamix turns that into one structured method, backed by the official DLD register for Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will decide how it reasons.

THE ROLE

You will own the pricing methodology inside the platform and be the senior voice with developers on how a price list should be built, tested and defended.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define how unit prices are built, from base PSF through to final price and margin
• Work directly with developers' sales heads and pricing teams on live launches
• Decide which market evidence supports a recommendation and which does not
• Review the platform's output the way a client's CFO would
• Write the rules so the method stays right as the market changes

WHAT YOU BRING

• 10+ years in real estate pricing, revenue management, sales strategy or market analysis in the UAE
• Hands-on experience setting or reviewing price lists for off-plan or ready projects
• Comfort with PSF, floor rise, absorption, payment plans and DLD/ADREC transaction data
• A clear view of what the register shows and what it cannot show
• Experience presenting pricing decisions to a CEO or board

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary: AED 50,000 to 60,000 per month
• Equity with 4-year vesting, discussed at offer
