Job summary

Sanad Aerotech in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Technician for the Machine Shop in the Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division. You will perform precision machining, grinding, drilling, milling, and related tasks on aircraft parts using both conventional and CNC equipment, reporting to the supervisor.

The role requires an associate/technical machining degree, D2 authorization, and 3–5 years of aviation machining experience. Strong English and commitment to safety and continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree in machining or equivalent.
• D2 level authorization required for machine shop practices.
• 3–5 years of progressive machining experience in aviation is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong oral and written English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Machining on aircraft parts using conventional and CNC machines (70%).
• Inspect and release finished work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Oversee tool calibration and maintenance; keep workspace orderly.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and skill development.
